Hello everyone,
Thanks for looking at our lovely flat! We are looking for a new flatmate who can join us Mikey (he/they) & Joe (he/him). Mikey is a theatre director & performer who loves many things including writing, comedy & films & Joe is a food enthusiast who also loves many things including reading, drawing, cooking & he works in social policy for the civil service.
We really love our flat & it's in a great location, we're near Hackney, Victoria Park, Whitechapel, Regent's Canal, & the River Lea. It's really easy to get around, & the neighbourhood is laid-back, calm, & friendly.
Please message us with a bit about yourself & we can arrange a time to meet each other & show you round the flat.
The move in date is flexible, some time during the first week of October would be ideal. The tenancy agreement renews on the 28th of October, so we are hoping to find a new flatmate before the 28th of September to give us at least a month's notice to let the letting agency know about the tenancy swap. The tenancy swap costs £50.
The bills (electricity, gas, band C council tax, water, & WiFi) amount to approximately £107 each per month. So, rent + bills = approx £740.
