Large double room with en-suite, with concierge and parking space in Bow. Available from 30th September.

£1050 pcm not including bills (council tax £75 each and bills around £55 each a month) and the deposit is 5 weeks (£1096) rent.

My current flatmate is moving out after nearly 2 years and I am looking for a new flatmate 🙂 the property is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom, open plan kitchen/living room flat with a balcony (all on the same level) on the 3rd floor of the building. There is secure key access with intercom in the flat and there is a lift in the building, as well as stairs. The entry to the building is on the ground floor where the lift lobby is. The building has a concierge and there is a secure underground parking space that comes with the property (which I don’t use).

Hackney Wick, Victoria Park, Bow Church (DLR) and Bow Road Station (district and Hammersmith lines) are all within a 15 minute walk from the flat!

About me, im not very good at this, but I’m a 32 year old civil servant and I usually work from home 1/2 days of the week. I’m quite low key but sometimes like to host friends. I enjoy swimming and cycling and generally being outdoors. I am quite a sociable person but also enjoy my downtime.
