I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a large en-suite room in our lovely flat from November 3rd. The current lease runs until the end of February 2025, with the option to extend beyond that. I’ve been living here for the past year and a half and absolutely love the space!

About Me: I’m 35 and work in infectious disease research. I work from home two days a week, and I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking and having a relaxed, peaceful place to unwind. I’m looking for someone who enjoys socializing but also appreciates having their own space. It would be nice to occasionally cook/eat together if you are both in the flat.

bills and council tax : 100/120 a month
Move-in date: November 3rd
Lease ends: February 2025 (with option to renew)
