Due to move out in circa 2-3 months (could take longer) so short stays from 2 weeks to 2 months to 'as long as I can, just give me 2 weeks notice' welcome.

The bed is a small double: 120x190cm mattress.

Room is currently vacant and used as storage, so the boxes and excess red furniture in photos can be cleared before you move in.

First floor apartment (double lifts) has 2 bathrooms. Our room is ensuite so essentially for your use.

Open plan fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room with floor to ceiling windows, balcony access, garden views and tonnes of natural light.

Secure gated complex with concierge and underground bike storage. Tesco Express and gym directly outside plus Lime Bikes always nearby.

3 min walk to Limehouse Cut canal.

5 min walk to Devon's Road DLR (from which its 8 mins to Canary Wharf, 6 mins to Stratford, 18 mins to Bank)

12 min walk to Bromley By Bow Station for District and Hammersmith.
