Description
Two bedroom two bathroom flat on the Top Floor of a 4 storey building.
The room for rent is a double room, non-ensuite. It comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Large enough to fit a desk and other large furniture. There is under bed storage as well!
The other room is an en-suite, so the main bathroom is not really shared but used by guests.
There is a large living room with an open plan kitchen. The space is as seen in the pictures and videos with a bit more furniture now like a big TV, lamp, beanbag and the like. Most of the videos and pictures are of the flat empty but I have attached an extra photo of the living room.
The kitchen is spacious with a dishwasher, two fridge freezers, and other counter top appliances. There is a fair amount of storage in the kitchen as well as in the boiler and washing machine rooms.
The flat is on the top floor so it is very quiet, there is a nearby train track but double glazing mutes the noise.
The building is in a gated development with key fob and mobile phone access so the flat is off the road and quiet. This flat comes with a parking spot. I don't have a car so it can be used by the new flat mate or potentially leased out. There is also secure bike parking in the development.

We deal with the landlord directly so there are no real estate middlemen; he is a very fair and reasonable guy, who is hands-off but available for help at quick notice.
Bills are not included in the price, per month they come out to around £180 and this includes everything (council tax band D). There is super fast internet of 1gbps.
About me:
My name is Byron, I'm 25 years old and work full time in biotech. I go into the office ⅔ times a week but this will be going up to 4/5 in January. I like to keep busy during the week by cooking, going to the gym, playing sports, or going out to explore London. I enjoy also chilling in the flat watching sports, playing games, or hanging out with friends.
I'm looking for a new flat mate as my old flat mate is moving out with his girlfriend. I would like the new flat mate to be tidy and respectful and also ideally in a similar working situation to myself.
