Small Double - Lively Flat in Bow

We are looking for a fourth person to join us in our flat share in Bow. Our current flatmate is going off on tour and we’re going to be filling her room on the current tenancy which runs until July/August next year (2025.)

We’ll start with the thing you all want to
know the price and location. The price for the room is £470 (a bloody bargain) and bills are around £90 per person per month. The flat is located about a 7 minute walk from Devons Road DLR and about 12-15 mins from Mile End (Central/Hammersmith &City/District) and Westferry DLR. From home to central London it’s about 35 minutes! Our landlord is great and gets things fixed quickly. We’ve all been here for four years and love it. Council Tax band is C

The flat is a maisonette split over 2 floors and has four bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen bathroom and a small balcony (We’re on the top floor of 2 storeys, so no annoying footsteps can be heard)

Now onto the - arguably - more important stuff about who we are and what we are looking for. We are Tom, Morgan & Pat (two males and a female); we work many jobs across theatre production & cabaret, social media and office admin.

We’re all out of the house in varying degrees but no one officially works from home full time. We are a lively bunch and spend some time inside and out of the flat. The flat is an entertaining place to be but we do all love our down time too. As our new flatmate we’d like to be able integrate you into our plans and with our friends because we find that works for us and hopefully you too!

You must be an LGBTQIA+ ally and generally clean and respectful as we like our home very much. Don’t get me wrong it’s not always spotless but we all make the effort.

We could be interested in keeping the M/F divide equal but if you are a fun person we are open to any gender and would love to hear from you.

Move in date will be around the end of October but from as early as the 19th of that month.

We’ll be arranging viewing slots on the 16th & 17th in the evenings (after 6ish) and on the 22nd times TBC. However, if you are really keen and can’t make those days just let us know and we will try to work around it. We’d love to show you around and have a chat with you to get to know you better.
