The room is in a modern, well looked-after 2-bed, 2-bath garden flat in a gated development in Bow. It's a spacious room with a king-size divan bed and new Emma mattress, large walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage, and private ensuite with a modern shower and heated towel rail.

The flat has a private garden and all the usual mod-cons, including a new induction hob and oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and washing machine.

You'll be sharing with just one other person - a friendly, clean and tidy 32-year-old professional working as a Data Scientist. I'm the owner and normally live here, but I'll be travelling for around six months, hence renting out my room while I'm away.

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate professional who is clean and tidy and would like somewhere that feels like a home rather than a typical flatshare.

£1,400 pcm including utility bills.
Regular cleaner is approximately £25/month extra.

Parking space also available if required.

Available from 26 October for approximately six months, although there may be some flexibility around the start and end dates.
