We are 3 guys in our late 20s, working in creative / advertising fields, looking for a 4th housemate. One of us already lives in the property and the other 2 are taking over from other friends. We're super friendly, sociable, love hosting friends for dinner and drinks, but also appreciate cleanliness and a chilled house environment. Love music, art, sport and food (who doesn't?).
Female housemate preferred to make for a nice balanced home environment. Similar age to us would also be ideal. We'd love a new friend rather than just a new housemate. Sorry, no couples or students.
