I’m moving out of my room around the end of October and need someone to move in by the 1st of November (or earlier, which can be arranged).

The room comes furnished with the furniture shown in the pictures. It’s on the top floor and is super spacious, with plenty of room for a desk and additional furniture. I’ve been living here for the past six months and haven’t had any issues.

The room is ideal for professionals who work from home since it’s quiet and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with two sets of hobs/ovens and sinks, allowing more than two people to cook at the same time.

Bills are included, and the rent is £1300 per month, plus a £1300 deposit, which covers the last month’s rent.
