Large double room in Bow

Hello!

We are living in a spacious 4 bedroom house spread over three floors and have a large double en-suite room available on the top floor. The house is situated on a road behind a private gate. The room is furnished with a double bed, shower, toilet, wardrobes, desk, two monitors and a 100" pull out projector screen (just in case you're a film buff).

The house includes:

- a huge kitchen dining space with an open plan lounge area with a projector

- two shared bathrooms, one with a bath/shower, and a separate toilet

- a cute garden with herbs, picnic table, and three hammocks

- parking space and small garage for bike storage

Living with you will be three lovely housemates who get together every now and again for pub quizzes and meals. We are looking for a friendly, tidy and chill person who will get involved with the house and make it their home. Garry (26) works in healthcare, Allie (31) works in publishing design and Sarah (25) works with a human rights NGO.

Allie works from home full time and Sarah part time.

We are looking for someone between 25-35 and a non-smoker (not 🍃 friendly). You must be in full time employment, no students and no couples allowed (landlord requests). Also no cats/dogs due to housemate allergies.

Minimum 6 month stay.

The rent is £790 a month: bills and a monthly cleaner included.

The house is 10 minute walk from Bow Road and Bow Church station and 15 minutes from Hackney Wick. Roman Road is a 5 min walk away with many shops such as Tescos, Costa Coffee and Iceland.
