Hello!
Our housemate will be moving out on the 12th November as she has found a flat with her friends. Therefore we’re looking for a replacement.
About the house:
4 bedroom house spread over 3 floors within a gated area. It was newly renovated when we moved in nearly a year ago, so we have a new kitchen, renovated bathroom, and downstairs toilet. All the walls have been freshly painted and new carpets in the hallway.
We have a communal space which is great for having friends over and dinners, with a big dining table. We also have a tv, which includes Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon prime and Now TV.
We also have a lovely terrace which over looks regents canal, and is great in the summer.
We’re a stone throw away from Victoria park. Nearest underground station is Mile End (10 minute walk) and there’s a bus stop right outside our house (277, 425, and 8 service)
The room available is a double room on the 3rd floor which comes with a bed and mattress. It also has a rail built in the corner, which you can see in photo/ video.
Rent is £925, and will go up to £950 when the contract renews in January and the deposit is 1182.69.
The rent includes gas, electric and water council tax is organised by ourselves and is £56 each.

Meredith is 29 works as a Recruitment Manager. In her spare time enjoys spending time with her friends, socialising, going to the pub, going to concerts and exploring bars and restaurants with friends.
Kate is 30 and works in compliance. Kate is really social at the weekends, enjoys going to drinks with friends and socialising. She’s in the office most days, so during the week she’s pretty chill, cooks dinners and enjoys some quiet time!
Sophie is 27 and works in marketing, she’ll be around a little bit but she’s moving out between December and January to go travelling. So you we’ll be looking for a replacement for her then.
We’re not a party house, but of course anyone is more than welcome to have their friends over and enjoy the house, as much as we do!
