I am looking for a female flatmate for my flat in Bow E3. The flat is two-bed, two- bath (meaning you will have your own bathroom) and has a private balcony as well as a large, shared garden and bike storage. The flat, balcony and garden are South- facing so get loads of sun and natural light. The flat is fully furnished with a large living area and kitchen and the room has a built-in wardrobe with loads of storage and space for a desk. It is 700+ square foot but feels super cosy. Also included in the flat is a dishwasher, air fryer & lots of cute plants and decos!

Rent: £1200 plus bills (bills are approximately £150 a month including a bi-weekly cleaner, Netflix, Apple TV, Hayu etc).
Tenancy length: Available from November 2024 - minimum of 6 months

About me: I’m 27 and a working professional (I work from home 2/3 days a week most weeks). I spend a couple evenings during the week and most weekends out and about but also love a good reality TV binge/ movie night on the sofa surrounded by snacks. I love cooking and host the odd dinner-party/ drinks at mine. I also love running and there’s so many nice routes round here. I’ve lived with my best friend for the past five years and we’ve explored the area lots and had loads of fun nights in the flat and so would ideally be looking for someone who is tidy and chilled but also fairly social and would be up for going to the pub, cooking dinner or watching something on the tele every now and then.
