Hello, I’m moving out to be closer to my workplace which means I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for late November / early December. The tenancy ends on the 2nd Jan 2025 but the remaining girls in the house have agreed to extend for 18 months 💌
The house:
* Fully furnished 5-bedroom, 2 bathroom house
* 10 min walk from Bow Road Station (District & Hammersmith Line)
* Only one stop away from Mile End station (Central line)
*5min walk from Bow Church Station (DLR)
* Good bus connections too with a 40 min bus into central if you’d prefer that
* Only a short walk from Victoria Park and short bus journey into Westfield Stratford
The Room:
- Large furnished double on the ground floor of the house, with a private garden and plenty of storage space
- Bathroom will be shared with two other girls
- Ideally for someone who is wfh or hybrid with lots of clothes, plenty of space for a desk and chair
🏠 Rent - £940 (will likely go up a bit in January)
💸 Bills - Approx £80-90 currently (Electric, Council Tax, Water, Insurance and WiFi) may be higher approaching the colder months
💸 Deposit - £1,058 (Paid to myself as your name will replace my name on the contract and the deposit I have paid will be put under your name)
You will be living with four lovely girls in their 20s working in finance, marketing and law! 🌼 Looking for girls who are sociable, tidy and respectful. No students, sorry! You will also need to be able to pass the referencing checks ✅
