Double Room near Bow church

Hi!
We are looking for someone to move into a furnished double room in a three bedroom flat.
The room shares a bathroom with one other person, since one of the other rooms has an en-suite.

The flat has a large and bright living room with a connected kitchen, and also comes with a parking spot.

DLR and tube station are 5 minutes by walk to get to Canary Warf or Central London, and a lot of bus connections nearby.

Bills will come on top, with council tax, internet. It has never so far never exceeded 100£ per person.

You'll be sharing the flat with two other people, one of which has just moved in, Joana (30), works as a personal trainer, is easy going and friendly, who you will be sharing the bathroom with.

Me, Michael (37) a friendly German, working at the University down the road. I am very social, but still respectful and not noisy at night.
I am always up for a chat over a drink or a coffee in the morning (I make very good coffee).
