Description
We are a friendly household of three looking for a fourth to join as one of our housemates is moving out.
We are all professionals working across architecture, sound design & property. We are all open people with busy independent lives but we also enjoy spending time together whether it be board game nights, backyard bbq, movie nights or the pub.
A little about ourselves:
Paris: Architecture superstar and all round sporting hero. Paris used to be a dolphin in the Australian nationals and can out swim any fish big or small. Her trophy/medal collection can prove it. If you challenge her you will loose. She has the energy of a sparkly disco ball, has a she’ll be right attitude, will make you smile and is an all round delightful human.
Paul: Sound designer extraordinaire. Paul is an expert on everything NASA/moon related having just finished a big doco on Appollo 13. Ask him any moon fact, if he gets it wrong he will buy you a pint at the local pub. Paul also has the register of a mature barrel of red, his smooth boomy tone is made for announcements on old English radio. Any big news that needs announcing in your life, he’s your man.
Andy: Andy is an enigma. What does he do? Property. But is that all. No that’s not all. Andy is a mountain climbing creative genius who made a room size scale replica of the moon for Paul’s big moon day. Andy has a story for every occasion. He will always be ready for a beer and will keep the evening forever interesting with his ideas that are always based around doing nice things for others.
The Neighbourhood:
We live in a classic victorian terrace with backyard and small basement for storage. It is very well situated with Mile End being the closest tube station just a 5 min walk. It is also very close to regents canal, a large Lidl, Mile End/Victoria Park and a bunch of nice pubs.
Who we’d like you to be:
We prefer another fella to join the house. However, we are open to everyone if it feels right. Please be open and ready to join a family environment. We have all lived together for a long time and while we definitely like to party it is not an every night thing.
Furniture:
The bedroom is unfurnished but our housemate who is moving out will sell his current bed frame on if wanted.
You will be signing onto a Joint AST contract and will be on the lease. You will be joining one year into a two year fixed term contract. All forms/reference checks have to be provided, approved and signed one month before move in.

Elec/gas ~ 29.50 pcm
Water ~ £12.50 pcm
Internet £6.25 pcm
