Ideally move in can be as soon as possible or around 24th November, but very flexible before then - looking for long term preferably but short term too (minimum a few months)

Contract is with an estate agency, so references, guarantor + job contract/student info needed

Deposit is 5 weeks rent

- Well located for commute into central
- Lidl + Tesco only 7 minutes walk away
- Bus stop right by road outside to Canning Town & Bethnal Green

The flat
- Current flatmates are students, two in undergrad and one doing a Master’s.
- Ideal for both professionals and students given the accessible transport options
- There’s plenty of storage space, with a shared bathroom upstairs and a second toilet downstairs, hallway space to store a bike, and your general kitchen necessities
- As this room is the living room there’s no communal area
