Room available - Victoria Park

A room available right between Victoria Park (15 min walk) and Bow Road/Bow Church stations (10 min walk) and Mile End station (15 min walk) in a bright modern 2 bedroom flat with a big living room/kitchen space downstairs and a small patio garden. This is a lovely, safe and rather quiet area within Bow and one of the best Tube connections possible with 4 lines.

You would be living with me, Jan (24), a cabin crew member so I'm out of the flat a lot of the time. I'm very easy going and friendly but I'm also respectful, clean and considerate, which I'd expect from you too. Can be social and outgoing but mostly chill on a regular day - just common sense.

It's a 6 month contract with an agency (there is a possibility of a shorter rolling contract) - £1025 pcm + bills (council tax C)

Move in date would be 12th November but can be discussed.
