My flatmate will be moving out next month and I am looking for someone to take over her room in this beautiful two bedroom, two storey apartment in Bow, E3. The apartment has a decent sized garden with a BBQ and is one minute's walk to Victoria Park at the end of the street.

Mile End Station is 15 mins walk away, with connections to Central London via Central, District and Hammersmith and City lines, and the 8 Bus stops at the end of the street, going into the city via Liverpool St.

The master bedroom (yours!) has a king size bed, wardrobe and beautiful wooden shelves included and is bright, warm and comfortable.

The ideal situation would be that you take over the contract at the end of her two-month notice period. The current contract runs until June 2025, with the first option to extend.
Council tax band D.

You would be living with me, a female 26 y/o PR professional. I'd value someone clean, trustworthy and chill.
