I'm looking to rent out my newly renovated one-bedroom flat in Bow, East London, from January-March, with the possibility of an extension while I go travelling. 😊
The flat is a beautifully light space, recently renovated with all-new fixtures. It features an open-plan living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom with ample storage, and a bathroom with a full bath. There’s also a Juliet balcony overlooking the back of the building, as well as a communal roof terrace with panoramic views. The flat is located in a safe and secure building on Fairfield Road, close to the historic Bow Quarter building.
Local amenities include Tesco (5-minute walk), Nisa Local (3-minute walk), and a larger Tesco (15-minute walk). The transport links are excellent: about a 10-minute walk to Bow Road station (District and Hammersmith & City lines), a 7-minute walk to Bow Church DLR, and a 20-minute walk to Hackney Wick Overground station.
The area itself is wonderful—close to the canal, Victoria Park, Hackney Wick, and Stratford, with lots of lovely pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby.
You would have the entire flat to yourself, with bills included (water, electricity, internet, etc.). The flat will be fully furnished and ready to move in, making it ideal for someone with minimal luggage or a temporary stay.
Rent: £2,500 per month, inclusive of all bills as listed above.
The rental term is initially for 3 months, with the option to extend by mutual agreement. I’m flexible with payments: you can either pay monthly or for the full 3 months upfront. A £2000 security deposit will be required upfront to cover any potential damage.
