We have an amazing room available on the top floor in three-story house right by Victoria Park and Regents Canal.
You'll be sharing the house with two Swedish guys: one works in green energy consulting, and the other is a professional cellist. As their friend and former roommate, I can say they’re warm, easy, respectful, and genuinely fun to live with. It feels like a home as one of them has lived there for the past 7 years and made it feel very cozy. They are looking for someone who will fit right in—a friendly, professional person who values both social time and personal space.
Location Perks:
• Just steps away from Victoria Park and Regents canal on E3 2JW. Also close to Hackney, Hackney Wick, Broadway Market, Bethnal Green – all of your east London favourites.
• Close to great Bus links. We’re also a 15-minute walk from Hackney Wick Overground and 22 minutes to Bow Road (District Line).
We’re ideally looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The contract is for 12 months, with potential to extend or flexibility to change tenants sooner if needed.
