Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my large double room in Bow from around the 21st March 2025 (move in date negotiable). The room comes with lots of storage space (2 cupboards, a chest of drawers, and space in communal cupboards outside), and the house has 1 bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs.

The location is great with good transport, only a short walk to Bow Road, Mile End or Bow Church station for the District/Hammersmith/Central/DLR and is close to Tesco Express on Bow Road, Tesco or Iceland on Roman Road and Lidl is a 25 minute walk away. Both Mile End Park and Victoria Park are within easy walking distance.

The room is £1070 per month (all bills included) and the deposit is £1010, looking for someone to take over until the contract either ends or can be renewed in September 2025
