Short Let Double room E3

This is a two month short let.
Dec 1st- Feb 1st

I have a lovely double room with a small built in wardrobe and shelving. The kitchen is a nice size with a breakfast bar. And the balcony is off the living room. The flat gets a lot of light and is quite warm in the winter. There is one bathroom which you will share with me. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.

The flat is situated between Mile End and Bethnal Green. The number 8 bus drops you directly outside the building. And is quite frequent.
Victoria Park is 3 mins away.
Hackney Wick is a lovely 15mins walk along the canal.
There are some great local coffee shops and restaurants close by.
I am looking for someone easy going and mindful.
Who would enjoy living in a calm environment.
