Two beautiful rooms in house on regents canal

We have two beautiful rooms available in our home located a stones throw away from Victoria park and sitting on regents canal.

The rooms will be available from January 19th but we are required by the agency to fill the rooms by 20 December so will need filled by then!

About the house:

4 bedroom house spread over 3 floors. It was newly renovated when we moved in nearly a year ago, so we have a new kitchen, renovated bathroom (with bath and separate shower) and downstairs toilet. All the walls have been freshly painted and new carpets in the hallway.

We have a communal space which is great for having friends over and dinners, with a big dining table. We also have a tv, which includes Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon prime and Now TV.

We also have a lovely terrace which over looks regents canal, and is great in the summer.

We’re a stone throw away from Victoria park. Nearest underground station is Mile End (10 minute walk) and there’s a bus stop right outside our house (277, 425, and 8 service)

About us:

Kate:

English, 30, working in finance. In her spare time likes to see family and friends, go to the gym, explore local markets, go out to eat, go to festivals / occasional rave and go on cute dates.

Nessa:

Canadian, 30 years old. Works in the creative industry as a designer and writer. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, film photography, jazz clubs, spontaneous trips, weekend markets and a good thrift day!

Looking for:

Fun, nice, friendly and social girls who have their own social circle but also want to contribute to making the house a home. Girls who would like to have the occasional glass of wine / night out / dinner - and is also clean and tidy ☺️ xx
