[Short Let] Ensuite-Double-Bedroom 2 min Bow Road

I’m moving out of the UK and looking for someone to take over my room for a short term Dec-Jan with the possibility of extending (and being added into the lease, if you want).

Available from December 20 (or earlier) - January 29 (flexible). Lease expires on the 30th Jan.

Flat details: modern and bright 2 bedroom 2 bath flat on the first floor (with lift), 2 min walking from Bow Road Station. South-facing sun filled balcony & living room (it has great sun in the mornings!). TV, full kitchen with dishwasher and drier-washing machine and a 4 people dinning table.

Bedroom/Bathroom details: The bedroom is cozy it has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bookshelf, full-body mirror and bedside table. All my current decorations & stuff will be removed so you have plenty of storage space. The window faces the building’s courtyard so you get a lot of privacy but you still get sunlight (afternoon sun in winter).

The bathroom is right next to the bedroom (as shown in the photo) and is only for you (my flatmate has another bathroom). It has a bathtub and shower head, huge mirror and a big sink.

Location: 2 min walk to Bow Road Station (District and Hammersmith lines) and 9 - 10 min walk to Mile End (Central Line). 20 min walk to Victoria park and 2 min walk to Tower Hamlets Cemitery Park. Very quiet residential street, next to a primary school.

Flatmate: You’d be sharing with Ashley, 27, my current flatmate (we met through friends). She’s a fun and social person who loves to cook all types of food, and travels a lot. She will renew the lease of the flat in February so if you two match, you have the possibility of renewing with her.

Rent: £1060/month + bills (they come at 114 per person monthly). I would ask a small security (£200) deposit to be given back at the end of the short-term lease.
