What you’d be renting:

Small double room available from 6th of December in a terraced house in Bow Quarter.

Bow Quarter:

Bow Quarter is a luxury gated community with a full leisure centre which includes a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi - all of which costs £75 for a 6 months period - unbelievable right?! Also included as part of the complex is a private Morrison mini supermarket, a terrace with a ping pong table and sun chairs as well as a communal garden.

The room:

The room is located on the ground floor, quite bright and comes furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail.

Who you’d be sharing with:

You’d be sharing with Andrea, Sophie, Scott and Tom, aged late twenties to mid-thirties.
Most of whom have been living in the house for between 2-5 years. We are looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful housemate to fit in with the rest of the house.

We all get along quite well, and hang out together sometimes, whether that’s having a drink or just watching some trash tv. We’re also very happy doing our own thing.

The house couldn’t be better connected and walking distance to:
Bow Church (DLR) - 7 minutes
Bow Road (District/Hammersmith and City) -10 min
Mile End (Central) - 20 mins
Victoria park - 10 mins
Hackney Wick - 15 mins

Other info:

+ You do need to have the right to rent in the UK to live here (landlord is strict on this)
+ Bills are shared between all and will be up to £75 depending on how much energy is consumed in winter. The total rent will be around £764.
+ If interested, please be prepared to pay a holding deposit of £344.50 with the other half being due on the moving in date.
+ Room is single occupancy only, so no couples.
+ The landlord is very sensible and a nice guy (a rarity in London)

About me, the housemate leaving:
I’m Nani and have lived in the house for nearly 5 years. I’ve absolutely loved my time here but have decided to spend time with family/ try something new.

Move in date is December 6th.
