Double Bedroom w/Private Bathroom Furnished Zone 2

My name is Giancarlo, and I am renting out my lovely room in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment shared with two friendly Korean girls. They are very clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.

I will be away from January 17th to February 14th, and I am looking for someone to stay for all or most of this period. I’m happy to discuss the details.

THE ROOM
You will have access to free cupboards and drawers, and I will clear as much of the room’s contents as possible (e. g., items on the walls, speakers on the table). I can provide two sets of clean sheets and pillowcases if needed.

You will have your own bathroom just across from the bedroom, ensuring your comfort.

THE PLACE
The apartment is clean, and the girls would appreciate someone who respects this. You will have access to cutlery, crockery, and a well-equipped kitchen, along with a lovely open living room.

The flat is located on the first floor and has two lifts available. It is a well-secured apartment with nearby transport links, such as Mile End station (an 8-10 minute walk). It’s only two stops to get into Zone 1, making travel swift.

ARRANGEMENT
I am open to discussing how long you would like to stay, but I will prioritize someone who can occupy the space for a longer duration.

A deposit of £250 will be returned after your stay, assuming no damages or lost items.

I am looking for someone who is respectful of the living space and other housemates and is easy to get along with.
