Advertising a double room with a private bathroom available in a lovely spacious flat, just a minutes walk from the vibrant Roman Road and a short 5-minute stroll to the stunning Victoria Park. You will be sharing with me, Ben - I am a 27 year old working in Canary Wharf and spend my spare time playing football (and all sports really!), running and cycling, and checking out local pubs at the weekend.

The room is bright, fully furnished, with space for working from home with a desk provided. You’ll have your own private bathroom for convenience and privacy, and we have recently painted all of the walls a more neutral colour. The flat also has a shared kitchen, and a balcony.

Located on a quiet street, this flat offers the best of both worlds: easy access to the lively cafes, restaurants, and shops of Roman Road, and closeness to the green of Victoria Park which is a just short walk away. There is a Tesco and numerous tasty eateries and convenience stores just around the corner.
