Room to let in a 2 bedroom flat

House Rules

1. No smoking inside the flat.
2. No drugs of any kind.
3. Outdoor shoes must not be worn inside the flat.
4. Cleaning should be done at least once per week, taken in turns between both flatmates.
5. Overnight guests are not allowed without prior permission.
6. Keep noise levels low after 11 PM (no loud music).
7. Lodgers are responsible for utility bills.
8. Turn off sockets when appliances are not in use.
9. Ensure extractor fans and heating are switched off when leaving the flat.
10. Wild parties are not allowed.
