I am leaving this lovely flat that I've been renting for the past years.

The flat has two double bedrooms (both pretty large), a spacious living room and kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom and a balcony. It comes mostly furnished: beds, sofas, wardrobes, an office desk, dining table & chairs, plus other minor items (etc rugs).

The flat is located a minute away from Victoria Park & the Regent's Canal. Sitting on a 10th floor, the views are gorgeous; on one side to Victoria Park & on the other to the Olympic Park.

The closest underground station is Mile End (15 min walk), then Central London is a 30min tube ride. There are plenty of buses too. Hackney Central & Hackney Wick are walking distance, and Stratford for larger shopping is just 10 min away on the tube.

I have been renting the flat for £1700 + bills. Not sure yet whether the landlord would like to put it up a little, it could be. The landlord is very sweet by the way.

Available anytime from January 15th to February 1st.
