Double room with own bathroom in 2 bed garden flat

I have a double room for rent in my flat.

It's a fairly modern build (20 years old), ground floor garden flat with it's own private entrance, as well as through the block. It's in a gated complex. You would be living with me (32yo professional), my dog tubs (12yo beagle x cavalier spaniel).

The room is a decent sized double, furnished with new bed/mattress, oak wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed-side table. My current flatmate owns the desk in her room, but I can purchase one if required. I have an ensuite in my room so you would have the bathroom to yourself. Spacious open plan kitchen/living room.

I am pretty active, like to climb, cycle etc. I like to travel and am often away at weekends. But also enjoy being at home and cooking.

I'm looking for a male or female (no couples unfortunately) who is clean and tidy, friendly and sociable, ideally shares some interests and would enjoy sharing some meals together, or going out once in a while. And someone who lives dogs. I am looking to live with someone who goes out to work (at least some of time), rather than works remotely. I usually go into work 2 days a week and WFH 3 days a week.

The flat is about similar distance to Bow road (Hammersmith and City) and Mile End (central line) tube stations (8-12 min walk). It's also less than 10 min walk to Bow Church (DLR)

The price is inclusive of all bills, including a fortnightly cleaner.
