The flat is well insulated and stays warm with little need to use the heating in winter. It is also quite soundproof and quiet!
Location is near to Bow Church DLR (5 mins), Bow Road station (8 mins) and Mile End station (15 mins), so great transport connections. It is also close by to Hackney Wick, Mile End Park, Olympic Park and Victoria Park also.
You would be living with me, a 29yr old professional working for the NHS, and Juniper the cat! I work full time 9-5 and don’t work from home, and I am clean and considerate flatmate.
I spend my spare time either out with friends, at the gym or chilling at home with a binge-worthy series. I’m quite a social person, but also appreciate my own space.
I’m looking for a flatmate similar to myself, and who is also clean and considerate and would be up for a chat at the end of the day. Working from home occasionally is okay, however I would prefer someone who is not fully remote working.

I can be flexible with the move in date for a few weeks either side of 1st Feb, as long as the reference checks have been approved!
