Room for Rent in Bow

Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract (females are preferred). (This contract ends in 6th September 2025, however, the current flatmates are looking to renew till September 2026, if you are interested in staying longer.)

The room includes a double bed, with a wardrobe and dresser.
My flatmates are very nice and respectful, we don't tolerate any discrimination.

If you have lived in a flat/house before references are needed, however, if you have not, then it's not needed.

The room is available from 20th April 2025. (Contract can be renewabl)

If your salary is under 23k per annum, you will need a UK guarantor.

Rent is split between 4 people, excluding bills. Gas and electricity bills vary upon usage.
We also bulk buy shared items like toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap etc, and split the costs accordingly.

- 5 minute walk to the bus stop
- 7 minute walk to the DLR
- 10 minute walk to Lidl
- Surrounding area has corner shops and cafes
- Council tax Band C (council tax for non students)

There is one bathroom and one kitchen, comes with a washing machine too, shared fridge and microwave.
