Double Room available in Bow (open to pets)

Hi, our house is looking for a new housemate. The room is available to move-in from the 6th of March, but we can be flexible with dates - please get in touch.

We live in a lovely maisonette just off the Roman Road market, right next to Tesco, a local library, and a gym. The house is close to Victoria Park, and there are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants on the Roman Road. Bow Road tube stop is about 15 mins by walk, or Mile End 20 mins.

The house has a garden, shared open-space living room and kitchen and 1 bathroom. We have a cleaning schedule and share chores to keep the place nice and tidy so you have to be okay to contribute to that!

The rent is £950 per month (due on the 10th), and bills come to about £130. We're looking for someone in their late twenties/ early thirties to join our friendly house. We would love someone with a cat, but it's not a requirement :).

You would be living with me (Natalia, 25) and Katie (37). We met on Spareroom. We like to be friends with our flatmates, but we're very respectful of each other's personal space. We like to hang out together in the living room for a movie night, we occasionally organise dinner parties with friends, and Katie is hosting free stand-up comedy nights, which are so fun to attend.

No full-time students please (we want you to contribute to the council tax), or full-time work from home (a couple of days is fine), otherwise we're happy with anyone nice, friendly and clean.
