I’m moving in with a close friend, so there’s a room going in this stunning two-storey Georgian house I’ve had the pleasure of calling home. No couples, just looking for one sound person to join Monica.
The current contract runs until June 2026 with the option to renew.

Monica, 29, works in PR (office Mon-Fri), sociable but keeps things relaxed at home.
The Space
This place is special. High ceilings, floods of natural light, and a generous garden. Victoria Park is literally at the end of the street, perfect for runs, picnics, and Sunday hangs. Inside, the communal lounge is decked out with mid-century modern pieces, so if good design matters to you, you’ll feel right at home.
Your Room
A huge double overlooking a classic Georgian street. Part-furnished with wardrobe, bedside table, and loads of built-in shelving. You’ll just need to bring your own bed, mattress and personal touches as I’m taking mine with me. The room has tons of space and natural light, perfect for a WFH setup or, ditch the desk and use the space for yoga, Pilates, etc.
The Area
Roman Road is on our doorstep, so you can get everything you need. Lots of independent shops, cafes, wine bars and pubs within walking distance.
The street has the calmness of suburbia and feels incredibly safe despite being within reach of the bustle. The neighbours are kind and friendly and will happily take in parcels if you miss a delivery.
Getting Around
Mile End Station is 15 mins on foot (Central, District, Hammersmith & City lines).
The 8 and 339 buses stop 2 mins away with quick links into the City via Liverpool Street or towards Stratford.
Move-In: 22nd March 2026
