Description
Sadly one of our housemates is moving in with her boyfriend and so we’re looking for the perfect person to take her spot in our home in Bow, by Victoria Park! We’re Katie (26f), Grace (25f) and Clara (24f) - 2 of us work at art galleries and the other in events.
The house has a cozy kitchen and separate living room, 2 bathrooms, (one just a loo, one with shower and bath) and a super cute back garden with a bathtub we grow tomatoes in 🛀🍅 It’s a double downstairs bedroom, with a view onto the walled garden, and a super cute fireplace!
We love to host a summer BBQ, or little birthday dinners - here are some pics of us and friends in our home. There’s a cozy local pub with a cat named Beyoncé, and another local where u can dance to a band of 70 year old’s playing jazz on the weekends. We’re a 7 min walk to Victoria park and love a summer picnic or a weekend walk down the canals to Broadway market, Hackney city farm and Columbia Road. Roman Road (3 mins away) has brunch spots, cute new wine bar, amazing Bagel place, all the shops u need, and a rlly good cheap clothes market on Saturdays! The tube (Mile End) is a 7 min walk and has the central and district line, 30 mins to central ldn. We all work in central 5 days a week and are pretty busy social girls, but also love to cook and chat together when we’re home.
We’re looking for a girl (25-30), young professional, with a similar vibe! It’s a 10 month tenancy with possibility to continue. We have a cleaning rota, and a clean space is super important to us so please make sure this is also a priority for u!! We’re busy girls and we see our home as a safe calm space to come back to, and like to keep it quiet during the week. Lgbtq+ friendly ofc, and u should be too!
