Double room in sunny 2-bed flat

We are looking for a woman and/or queer person to join our homely 2-bed flat in Bow from 8th March (with flexibility).

Our flat is split over the 9th and 10th floor with a beautiful view of Canary Wharf and great connections to the rest of London:

- less than 5 minutes to DLR
- 10 minutes to Bow Church & Bromley by Bow
- 15-20 minutes to Mile End

It's a 20 minute journey to Stratford and Canary Wharf, and around 30 minutes to King's Cross. The area is very green with beautiful parks all around us. Our council tax band is B.

Our living room is spacious, sunny, and filled with plants. The bedroom is bright and fully furnished with a double bed. There is a huge balcony with great potential for the summer months. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.
There is a lift to our floor in the builiding, but our flat itself is split level. Car parking and bike storage are available, and we have three spacious storage closets.

I absolutely loved living here and am only leaving to move in with my partner. My flatmate Anastasia will be staying behind. She is a 27-year-old queer woman, a professional writer, and a screenwriting student at the London Film School. In her sparetime, she likes to read (a lot), decorate the flat, and cook.

There will also be two cats living in the flat!

Anastasia and me are good friends and ideally you would also like to share the space and not just co-exist. Preferably, you will be tidy and not one for throwing regular house parties.
Being cat-friendly is a must! Pets are welcome, as long as they get along with cats.
