Double Room in Bow

We've been living here for nearly 3 years and absolutely love the house and the area. Super close to Bow Church and Bow Road makes it easy to commute. Proximity to the Olympic Park and Victoria Park is a massive bonus and the canal network leading up to Hackney Wick is just around the corner.

We've all got decent size doubles. A large and cozy living room, ample kitchen space and sun-trap garden complete with a grill master 3000.

We like to cook communally for each other when we have time in the week so if big plus if you can cook.

We all work professionally, Sam in Beer, Euan in Local Govt, Cornelius in Civil Service and Lucas in the Music Industry.

We like to keep our communal spaces neat and tidy and we'll do a deep clean every few weeks to keep on top of things. Definitely want someone that takes the initiative with cleaning and replacing any communal stuff that's run out: olive oil, washing up liquid etc etc. No scrooges or petty house dramas allowed :)

Bills total around 120 each month, with that being the max in winter and drops in the summer.
