The House: Bright rooms, shared living/dining space, garden, and good storage throughout.
The Room: Large double en-suite room with plenty of wardrobe space.
About You: A young professional or professional couple who don’t work from home.
Rent: Includes all bills except gas/electricity, shared equally each month (around £35 on average).
I’m NRLA registered and like to make sure the house feels like a proper home; issues get sorted quickly, and tenants are treated fairly and with respect.
