Description
🏡 Hello People!
UPDATE October - November 2025
The chilliest room in our house is now available.
We urgently need someone nice and caring to fit in the vibe of our peaceful house.
If you’re looking for a place that’s spacious, social, and feels like home, keep reading!
🌟 The House
This place has tons of space and great potential:
✅ Huge kitchen – Big enough to cook, eat, and hang out in.
✅ Garden – For coffee, BBQs, or just chilling outside.
✅ Super comfy rooms – Four rooms each one with its own characteristics.
✅ Three bathrooms, even though one is temporarily knocked out for works.
✅ Four floors – Enough space to actually have privacy.
The room available at the moment is🎬 The Cinema Canopy: A stylish room with a canopy bed and a huge smart TV for ultimate chill (£900).
👀 Who are we?
I’m Giorgio, a laid-back Italian who still refuses to accept he’s entered his forties — but determined to make the best out of it. I’ve shared homes with more than 50 people in my life, so I know what good flat sharing means: respect, space, and a bit of humour. I love music and I play guitar, so expect the occasional heart-melting tune floating through the living room in the late afternoons.
Lorena is a lovely Italian whose age I won’t disclose — but let’s say she could easily pass for her late twenties 😉. She’s always on the move — work, gym, friends — and then somehow still manages to complain she’s “too old for this kind of life.”
Fabian, our German groove master, is in his thirties, loves cooking massive meals, tending to the garden, and filling the house with smooth sax (and recently, bass) sounds. Picture chilled post-work evenings with a touch of jazz — and yes, sometimes guitar and sax together. Music is definitely a thing in this house.
We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Wants a home, not just a place to crash.
✔️ Is easygoing, clean, and financially reliable.
✔️ Doesn’t treat heating like a luxury item (aka, no extreme rationing).
✔️ Can handle the concept of music in the house (bonus points if we vibe on the same genres).
Oh, a lady might be better, just for balance, but hey...never say never.
📋 The Boring stuff
💰 Rent: £900
⚡ Bills: £100-160/month (depending on heating use)
📍 Location: Literally two minutes walk from Bow Church, five from Bow Road. A bit more, but easily reachable from Mile End. Very well-connected!
📅 Move-in date: ASAP
📝 How to Apply
Send me a message here with a few lines about you and why you think you would be a good fit.
We can definitely set up a viewing!
Cheers
Giorgio
