We have a double room available in our lovely modern flat in Bow, close to Victoria Park.
ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat is a real gem. The landlord originally bought it to live in, so it feels homely and is fitted out really nicely. The kitchen and living area are separate, which makes the flat feel spacious, and the living/dining area is bright and airy with large windows either side letting natural light through. There's also a large hallway with a storage unit which is handy for keeping all of our coats, shoes and bags out of the way. We're on the third floor (there is a lift!) and the building is modern and well-serviced - we've had no issues.
THE AREA
The area is great with amazing transport links. Under 10 mins walk to Bow Road underground station, Bow Church DLR and loads of handy bus routes. Roman Road - with loads of shops and cafes - is only a few minutes walk away, and Victoria Park Village, Hackney Wick and Stratford are also in close walking distance. And if you need anything within seconds, our building is directly above a handy, well-stocked corner shop!
YOUR FLATMATE
Lowri (the remaining flatmate) is 32 and works in central four days a week. She leads a busy life and likes to have fun, while keeping a relaxed vibe at home. Her favourite things are music, exercise, reality TV and Diet Coke!
ABOUT YOU
The ideal flatmate will be friendly, clean, tidy and considerate of shared living spaces. It's a comfortable, cosy flat with a homely feel, so we're looking for someone who wants to contribute to that.
IMPORTANT STUFF
- Rent is £1,050 per month
- Bills around £140-150 per month
- Contract - you would be replacing me (I'm moving in with my partner) on our contract which runs until April 2026. We're looking for someone who will stay until then.
- The room, which is a good size (king size bed in pictures for reference), comes unfurnished
- Move-in date is 13th September
