Spacious house share

Short or long let. A bright, double-aspect room in a mid-terrace Victorian house. 5 min walk to Mile End tube station. 15 min walk to the DLR. A quiet street with Mile End Park at the end of the road. Victoria Park is a 10 min walk away.

The large upstairs bathroom is shared with the owner, Marc, who has the other upstairs bedroom. The ground-floor kitchen and garden are shared with Marc and one other housemate, Ketty, who has her own rooms on the lower ground floor and her own bathroom. Marc is 46, English, gay, a writer and academic who works from home. Ketty is Peruvian and a neurosurgeon working at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Most of the time we each do our own things but occasionally we will cook together or go out for a meal.

This is a spacious, peaceful house share in a very nice and well-connected area. All bills included (gas, electric, council tax, wifi, and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and does the shared areas only). A TV and extra chest of drawers can be provided if required.
