In addition, the apartment is close to the London canal network, Hackney Wick, and Victoria Park, offering plenty of opportunities for leisure and outdoor activities.
The room itself is very large, providing an excellent space to live and relax. This lodging is ideal for a professional, aged between 30 and 45, working in the City of London. The room will be available from the 1st of August, and I am arranging viewings in the late afternoon or evening. Please contact me to schedule a viewing.
After a few months, I plan to take short trips across Europe—Spain, France, Italy—and thus, I seek a lodger who is dependable and trustworthy, as the flat will be in their care during my absences.
