Description
We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and sociable person to join our house share in East London!
We have a double room available in a 6 bed house located in Bow, with full access to Bow Quarter - this includes a gym, swimming pool, shop and communal grounds with sun deck. The house is split over 4 floors with two bathrooms and a large communal area, so never feels crowded. Kitchen has new appliances, including a dryer!
The room itself will be £716 per month with roughly an additional £100 for bills (however this could fluctuate).
The house is in great location and only a 10 minute walk to Bow Road underground, 5 minutes to the DLR and lots of bus stops. Shoreditch High St is only 20 mins away on the bus, Stratford is super close and we’re a short walk away from Victoria Park.
We’re a mix of 24-33 year olds, all working professionals. We’d love someone who is friendly, clean/tidy, wants to socialise and make the house feel more like a home.
