Hi everyone 😊 I'm looking for someone to take over my room for no other reason than I am moving out of London.

The flat is conveniently located in front of Bow Road Station (less than a minute walk), there is also a bus stop (25/205/425). You can easily walk to Mile End station (8 min) and Bow Church (3 min) and QMUL (12 min.)The area is really nice and well connected, you're a tube stop away from Westfield Stratford and can get to central London in less than 20 minutes. For nature lovers like me, Mile End Park is only 10 min walk away and Victoria park 15 where the personal highlight is the Food market every Sunday and provides great running routes! Downstairs there is an off licence and a pharmacy, Tesco and Asda are 4 min walk away, and there are many other shops in the surroundings.

The room has a double bed with 2 drawers underneath, a wardrobe, and a shelf. There is definitely a lot of storage. I also added a plastic storage with 4 drawers, a desk, a chair, and a mirror that I am happy to leave you. As you can see from the pictures, the whole flat was nicely renovated and has a nice modern decor.

The flatmates (3 girls and 1 boy) are really lovely professionals with a wide range of interests who are always up for a catch up and a chat in the kitchen. Everybody is very mindful and respectful of boundaries and does their bit to keep the flat nice and tidy.
