The house has an open plan kitchen/living room, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom shared between the 3 of us (as one of the other bedrooms is en-suite). The house also has a really nice size garden with a patio so it’s lovely to sit out in the summer!
The house is a 10min walk from Bow Road and a 15min walk to Mile End stations.
The rent for each room is £782.5. Both are available asap (pending referencing).
Bills are usually ~£100 a month.
It’s a really nice area, close to all the shops you could need on Roman road and a 5 minute walk from Victoria park.
We’re looking for professionals with a salary at least 2x the room rent, and please no pets (landlord requirements - sorry!)
