Beautiful beloved maisonette in East London

Hi!

I am looking for one or two people to short term let my beloved maisonette in East London, near Victoria Park.

I’m sadly moving from London for work and I’m looking for someone to look after my place like it’s their own, keeping it clean and well cared for, for approximately three months with consideration of extension. Ideally this would be young professional(s) or mature student(s) who want a home to return to at the end of the day. The rent is reflective of the short term let.

My place is situated in an amazing little East London community with great neighbours and opposite a primary school. There are lots of amenities nearby including the post office, local veggie shops/wine shops/bakeries etc. Mile End and Bow Road tube stations are walkable, and a bus regularly runs from the top of the road to Shoreditch and then Liverpool Street station. The area is also cycle friendly.

The maisonette is ground floor, set over two levels, with a front porch and back garden. There’s a shared living / dining area, open plan kitchen, and toilet room downstairs. Upstairs thre are two large rooms (1 double bed, 1 'small double') and a single study room, alongside a bathroom with a shower. The space has lots of light and is quiet, making it feel like a real escape from the hustle and bustle of London.

Ideally I’d let the place to two people who know each other, but if I have two separate interested individuals I could look to link you up to someone. As this a maximum double occupancy couples would rent the whole place.
