Hey, we're looking for a subletter to take over our flatmate's room until March, with the possibility of extension, while she is travelling. The room is available from September 25th.

The flat is bright and comfy. The bedrooms are upstairs, and the living rooms and kitchen are downstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the kitchenware, a washing machine and a dishwasher...

The room is very large with plenty of storage and comes furnished.

Great location:
- In a quiet neighbourhood.
- Next to Victoria Park and the canal. Victoria Park Market on Sundays 🙂
- Direct bus (8 to Shoreditch, Liverpool St, Tottenham Court Rd.)
- 15mins walk from Mile End Station (Central, District, Hammersmith tube lines)
- Next to Roman Road Market with lots of cafes, my fave sourdough bakery, and local grocers.
- Groceries: Tesco Express, Iceland, Poundland nearby (5-7 mins walk)

Utilities: Bills ~£100/mo not included in rent.

We are two flatmates, one a professional, 25-year-old Australian male working in Urban design and a 23-year-old French female studying a Master's in Media & Communications at LSE. We're both into cooking, reading and watching movies.

We’re a social and chatty household, so ideally, someone who also likes that vibe in a household (we sometimes do movie night and eat dinner together). Looking for someone who wants to make this flat a home.
