my sister & i are looking for a third flatmate for a house share in east london, near victoria park (only 2 mins walk from bow road station!)

£930pcm (excluding bills) for a spacious double room. council tax & bills are roughly £100 per month.

rolling contract with 2 months notice, £1000 deposit. available from 15 sept! ☺️

it’s super well connected:
🚇 2 mins walk from bow road (district and hammersmith & city)
🚇 10 mins walk from mile end (district, hammersmith & city, and central)
🚇 can get to canary wharf & stratford in 10-15 mins
🚇 and lots of bus routes nearby too!

it’s a cute area:
☕️ 10 mins walk away from roman road, which has lots of cute coffee shops, cafes & good brunch spots
🌳 20 mins walk away from victoria park
🌼 and the house has a garden!

we’re both working & in our early 20s - i work a 9-5 (3 days in the office) and vicky does shift work. we’re super chill and like to stay tidy! we’re respectful of shared spaces but also always happy to chat 🥰
