Hey! I’m David. I’m looking to find a replacement to take over the tenancy agreement of my large en suite double bedroom in Bow (current contract until June 2026).
You’d be sharing with two lovely gals Mia and Sacha. I’ve had a great time here with them, but moving onto a new phase!
The offer:
Large ensuite double room
Furnished
Rent: £1216
Bills: Approx £150 all in - including rapid internet, council tax, TV license
Move in: From early September, date negotiable.
Location: East Bow - Closest stations are Bow Church (8 mins DLR), Bow Road (10 mins H&C and District Lines) and Hackney Wick (Overground) ~20 mins walk away. Multiple bus routes. 10 minutes to Victoria Park, with Roman Road in between.
The room: Large south facing room on the top floor of the house. Double bed, bright, large wardrobe/chest of drawers/x2 bedside cabinets. Shower and toilet ensuite.
The house: Three story house tucked away from the main road in gated Mews. Two bathrooms plus the ensuite. Very spacious, yet cozy. Kitchen with all the usual essentials including dishwasher, separate large living room. We have a garage for extra storage. The garden is the best spot, it gets sun most of the day and feels quite secluded and peaceful, BBQ included!
Asked to describe each other:
Sach says “Mia 30 - 70’s chick - Ball of energy, always up to something fun/interesting, really easy to be around. She works as a hybrid creative for an independent social media agency. Into her f1, a good party and keeping fit. Small obsession with Missta boots.”
Mia says “Sacha 34 - Doesn’t look a day over 25, full of energy, always pottering around and up for a late night chat, she loves cosying in the living room as much as she loves a glass of wine and night out. Working as a Junior Art Director. Kind natured, laid back, tenacious chick who enjoys racket sports, live music and living life to the fullest.”
Both lead busy lives but are good friends with a close/relaxed bond, and down for a wine/chat when time at home overlaps. We do our best to keep the house clean and tidy but aren’t anal.
