👯‍♀️- sharing with 3 other housemates 1 trans girl 1 Cis women and 1 they/ them pronouns! Queer accepting is a must I also have 2 indoor cats sadly we cannot accept anymore

💸- rent comes to £1100 with all bills included and the deposit is £550 which is a steal for this area🥹

✅- the Lanlord does NOT accept any kind of benefits sadly, you must be in full time work& ideally not from home to keep the bills the same

Large attic room with 2x mirrored wardrobes double bed and plenty extra space for a desk ect! It has 1 skylight that opens and still gets a v decent amount of light😃Although it’s the attic room the ceilings are still high in majority of the room!

We are not a party house sadly but there is plenty of good places to drink close by! And we are not accepting couples sorry..

The contract will be 3 months to start to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone then can be extended☺️
